Mr. Narinesingh, the Founder of the Cynton Group of Companies, is currently the
Chairman of The Board of The Cynton Corporation, and is an accredited member of
The Consultants Institute (CPC), American Consultants League (APC)/(CC) and the
Association of Professional Computer Consultants. Mr. Narinesingh was the
Director of Liason and Regional Director for National Bureau of Certified
Consultants (CPCM) prior to the merger with the Institute of Management
Consultants (USA) in 2004. He has been a member of the Advisory Board of
Directors of the American Consultants League.
During his long professional career, he has also held intervallic memberships in The Institute Of Management Consultants USA (CMC), British Institute of Management (AMBIM), Institute of Marketing (MIM), British Society of Commerce (FBSC), Institute of Office Management (MIOM), American Marketing Association, International Entrepreneurs Association, The Canadian Property Manager’s Association and the International Management Association. He graduated in Business from Leeds College of Commerce in Yorkshire, England in 1964, and received a scholarship to the International Marketing Institute Program at Harvard Business School in 1968. He has developed and published the "Cynton Interactive Business Planning and Development Program" for use by Corporations and Entrepreneurs. It has the distinction of being the only interactive program of its type available in the world today. The program is an interactive, practical and educational approach to writing strategic corporate business plans, marketing plans, feasibility and market studies, candidate synergistic evaluations of mergers and acquisitions and management development and training programs.
Prior to the formation of The Cynton Group of Companies, Mr. Narinesingh
promoted his own companies and held top management positions in various business
ventures in many industries including, oil & gas equipment, safety & fire,
security systems, hardware, building materials, machine tools and engineering
equipment. Energy/alternative fuels, technology, retailing, fast foods, hard
goods, industrial maintenance, iron & steel stockholding, metal fabrication,
etc. He was also actively supportive of numerous community, civic and business
groups. In 2006, The Cynton Company and Cynton Strategis Group were restructured
as The Cynton Corporation, a federally registered Canadian Corporation

While THE CYNTON CORPORATION requires retainer fees as well as per diem fees and
costs for professional consulting assignments, there are no charges or up-front
fees for introducing prospective borrowers to potential, reputable lenders,
banking entities, loan placements sources, financial institutions or to buyers
and sellers of various types of commodities and currencies. Commissions due to
CYNTON for introducing a prospective borrower are paid only upon successful
closing of a transaction. In other words, CYNTON is paid only upon performance
and results.
As a professional consulting firm, we adhere to the "Code of Ethics" of the
Professional Bodies of which we are members. and will not accept a project that
raises "conflict of interest" issues, or divulge information on current or past
